PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent data lines from slimming down and breaking off in step parts, and also to improve an aperture for an optoelectronic device such as a liquid crystal device. SOLUTION: Data lines are prevented from slimming down and breaking off in step parts by widening the data lines by means of a widening part 30a in the steo parts X1, X2, X3, X4, etc., plurally existing under the data lines 30. Moreover, by widening the data lines in the parts 3c where retention volume is not formed along the data lines 30, these parts are shaped by the data lines.
