PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify the structure of a mold to be used for forming a connector, to lower the cost, and to smoothly operate the insertion and fitting of connectors to each other. SOLUTION: The tip 24C of a lever 24A is inserted into an end of a side surface of a connector body 23, and lever inserting ribs 27 formed with a lever inserting slit 31 for allowing the rocking of the tip 24C of the lever wall 24A are projected along the vertical direction. A rib upper connecting part 27A for connecting opposite walls to each other while pinching the lever inserting slit 31 is formed larger than a rib lower connecting part 27B, and an upper through port 32 communicated with the lever insertion slit 31 is formed from an upper end surface of the rib upper connecting part 27A. With this structure, in the case of forming the lever inserting slit 31, molding is performed in the vertical direction, and a necessity of using a slide mold is eliminated. A lever fitting type connector capable of simplifying the mold structure of the connector body 23, lowering the cost and smoothy operating the insertion and fitting of the connectors to each other is realized. |
