摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an endoscope device which enables obtaining tomographic images by OCT(optical coherence tomography). SOLUTION: The OCT section of this endoscope device has a first optical fiber F1, of which the base end is disposed to face an SLD, a second optical fiber of which the base end is disposed to face a photodetector, an optical coupler which optically connects these fibers and a displaceable reference mirror which is arranged at the font end of the second fiber. The front end of the first optical fiber F1 is led to the OCT scanning section 15 at the front end of the endoscope 1. The OCT scanning section 15 has a polygon mirror 152, of which the respective reflection surfaces Mn ((n) is surface numbers/: n=1 to 6) are inclined respectively at different angles and forms plural scanning lines disposed in parallel at equal internals on the examinee. The OCT scanning section 15 emits the light emitted from the front end of the first optical fiber F1 to the examinee and leads the light reflected by the examinee to the first optical fiber F1.
