PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To carry out air flow control of an exhaust fan by using a static pressure sensor even in case of exhausting unclear air. SOLUTION: An exhaust fan air quantity control system 17 is provided with a plural number of branched exhaust air ducts 1a, 1b, 1c, 1d to carry contaminated air containing fat and oil, etc., a main exhaust air duct 3 connected to flow terminals of the branched exhaust air ducts 1a, 1b, 1c, 1d and to integrate a plural number of the branched exhaust air ducts 1a, 1b, 1c, 1d, an exhaust air fan 5 provided on a flow terminal of the main exhaust air duct 3 and to exhaust contaminated air from the main exhaust air duct 3, a pilot duct 7 a flow terminal of which opens to the main exhaust air duct 3 in the neighbourhood of the exhaust air fan and a suction port end of which opens to an atmospheric air space not containing contamination of oil and fat, etc., a static pressure sensor 9 provided in the pilot duct and a control means 13 to control air quantity of the exhaust air fan 5 in accordance with static pressure provided by the static pressure sensor 9.
