PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the intermodulation distortion of the transmit signal of a radio communication device which enables a public communication and a private communication as much as possible. SOLUTION: This radio communication device has a public communication with a station connected to a public network and also has a private communication with a moving machine as a slave machine. In this case, the device is provided individually with a 1st antenna 56 which sends a transmit signal of the public communication and a 2nd antenna 57 which sends out the transmit signal of the private communication and further provided with a shield member which reduces the mutual spatial coupling between the 1st antenna 56 and 2nd antenna 57.
