PURPOSE: An appliance for removing a dental prosthesis is provided to enable an operator to accurately and safely remove only the dental prosthesis to be removed without damaging adjoining other teeth or the teethridge. CONSTITUTION: In the dental prosthesis removal appliance constructed to remove a dental prosthesis by using an elastic force generated by retreating a hitting body(30) so as to hit a target(12) formed at the rear end of a guide rod(10) with the front end of a removal tip(20) being hung up to the prosthesis, a pair of corresponding longitudinal coupling recesses are formed at the rear end of the removal tip and the front end of the guide rod to be screwed each other, an anti-rotating member formed with a boss to be coupled to the coupling recesses is installed to the guide rod, so the boss is coupled to the both recesses at the same time when the coupling recesses are in accord with each other so as to prevent the rotation of the removal tip.
