PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an amplifier circuit for preventing output signals from being inverted, when the polarity of input signals becomes negative. SOLUTION: By providing a diode D2 between the collector of a first transistor Q1 and the base of a second transistor Q2, the diode D2 is turned on, almost simultaneously with the ON of a parasitic diode D1 when the polarity of the input signals is negative, the output signals of this amplifier circuit are prevented from being inverted and the errors in charging current or a discharging current by the inversion of the output signals is prevented in the case of integrating a battery remaining amount.
