摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the generation of failure such as irregularity by inserting a lower glass ring having the special structure and a glass tube into a heating furnace, inserting an absorber element into the glass tube, fitting an upper glass ring on the glass tube, and fusing between the glass ring, the glass tube and a seal electrode for integration. SOLUTION: A seal electrode 13A is fitted in an opening part of a glass ring 14A in the condition that a lead wire 19A is arranged under the seal electrode 13A, and a glass tube 12 is inserted into a heater so that a lower end surface is brought in contact with a peripheral edge of an end surface of the glass ring 14A over the whole surface, and an absorber element 11, in which cap electrodes 20A, 20B are fitted on both ends thereof so that the lower cap electrode 20A abuts on the seal electrode 13A, is inserted in to the glass tube 12, and a glass ring 14B, on which a seal electrode 13B is previously fitted so that the upper cap electrode 20B of the absorber element 11 and the seal electrode 13B abut on each other, is fitted on the upper end surface of the glass tube 12 so that the lead wire 19 is arranged thereon. They are fused by heating for integration.
