<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a portable telephone set which is convenient for frequent use without dropping or being stolen by providing a string which is wound and drawing-out possible to a required length and an energizing means for energizing the member in a winding direction. SOLUTION: A holder is arranged in the belt of trousers, for example, the required length of string member is drawn from the holder and it is used for the portable telephone set. A recessed groove with a U shape cross section is formed in the outer peripheral part of the rotary wheel 2 of the holder and the string member 4 is wound around the recessed groove. A ring shape space part 2a is formed at the outer side of a holding core 1 at the inner peripheral side of the wheel 2 and a spiral spring 3 is housed in the space part 2a. The base end part of the spring 3 is hooked and held at the holding core 1 and the tip part of the spring 3 is hooked and held at a projecting part which is formed in the space part 2a of the rotary wheel 2. By the configuration, the rotary wheel 2 is energized in a prescribed direction and the string member 4 is energized in the winding direction.</p> |
