<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrain movement of the position of a sample due to temperature change. SOLUTION: A heating furnace 1 (a temperature-adjusting member), a first support member 2 and a second support member 3 are connected, in such a way that the displacement of a sample arrangement part 12 due to the expansion and contraction of the heating furnace 1 (the temperature-adjusting member) due to temperature change and the displacement of the sample arrangement part 12 due to expansion and contraction of the first and second support members 2, 3 become opposite. Thereby, it is possible to restrain the movement of the position of a sample due to the temperature change.</p> |
