<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pneumatic-electric joint and an electric-wire-incorporated hose that offers supply of compressed air and electricity by a single hose. SOLUTION: The body of a plug 1 has a coaxial construction wherein an inner hot conductor 3 and an outer ground conductor 4 are coupled via an insulating layer 5 and the hot conductor 3 is exposed at the tip end. A socket 11 has a similar structure wherein an inner hot conductor 14 and an outer ground conductor 15 are separated by an insulating layer 16 sandwiched in between. Fitting the plug 1 in the socket 11 electrically connects the hot conductors 3 and 14 and the ground conductors 4 and 15 in pairs. An air hose 21 carries conductors 22 and 23 on its internal and external surfaces. The inner conductor 22 is wire-connected to the hot conductor 14 of the socket 11, and the outer conductor 23 is connected to the ground conductor 15 of the socket 11.</p> |
