TITLE RECORDER FOR CAMERA

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a camera constituted so that a desired title can be quickly selected with respect to a specified time without executing troublesome operation when the title is selected in the camera having a title recorder. SOLUTION: This camera is provided with a calendar time function, a storage means storing a plurality of previously decided titles being different according to time and a recording switch for selecting whether the selected title is recorded on a recording medium or not. In the case that the time recognized by the calendar time function coincides with the time corresponding to one out of the plural titles when the recording switch is turned on (S102: yes), the title corresponding to the coinciding time is displayed first (S103).
