PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a general ability by having a function for highly accurately discriminating the right/wrong answer of an output signal to input data. SOLUTION: A neural network means is composed of a majority processing means 24 for sending the majority result and an output selecting processing means 25 for discriminating and selectively sending the right/wrong answer based on the majority result from a first binary output neural network means 31 for sending a signal from a learnt neural network 29 based on a first binary teacher signal through a threshold means 30, a second binary output neural network means 25 for inversely converting the signal provided from the learnt neural network 32 based on a second binary teacher signal converting the code of the first binary teacher signal through a threshold means 33 from the second binary teacher signal to the first binary teacher signal through an inverse teacher signal code converting means 34 and a third binary output neural network 39 in the similar configuration.
