PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an electroluminescence panel which is cost effective and makes its storage convenient by forming either longitudinal or transverse dimensions of panel varying in purposes and functions to dimensions of multiples of either thereof and using these panels in combination of plural sheets. SOLUTION: Either longitudinal or transverse dimensions of panel are formed to the dimensions of the triples of either thereof and the panels are used in combination of plural sheets. An example of the panel includes a score board 1a. The scores of opponents are respectively displayed in figures form one digit to three digit laterally by using the score board 1a. Further, there is the case of a timepiece board 1b which is used to announce the time for various kinds of sports determined to end within the specific time. Further, there is a 30-second timer 1d which is used as a time-out timer. Also, there is a team name board 1f which is used for various kinds of sports and on which the respective opponent names are listed.
