PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To correctly measure power in a near part measurement reference area by drawing a mark for a near-sighted part measurement reference area into either an elliptical shape which is long in left and right directions or into an oval shape. SOLUTION: A left and right discriminating mark 21 and a crossline 22 and an alignment reference mark 23 showing a fitting point which become a reference for framing and a circular mark for a far part measurement reference area 24 showing a place where the power of a far part is measured are included in a printing the mark layout. In a progressive multifocal lens, whose distance (INSET amount) in the left to right direction between the principal gazing line of a near part and that of the far part, is varied corresponding to positive or negative degrees of the lens and corresponding to the power thereof, the mark for a near part measurement reference area 26 showing a place where the power of the near part is measured at a manufacturing time, and an attaching time is drawn in the elliptic shape long in the left and the right directions (long in a direction orthogonally crossing the principal gazing line) or the oval shape. Thus, when the power of the near part is measured, the mark 26 and a light beam for measuring power are prevented from interfering.
