INSPECTION METHOD FOR ELECTRODE BOARD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple visual inspection method for a conductive foreign object or a protrusion existing on an electrode layer of a solid electrode board. SOLUTION: An electrode surface of an inspection subject electrode board 4 is placed on and in contact with an insulating thin film 3 on a surface of a smooth conductive board 1. An AC voltage is impressed between a conductive layer 2 of the smooth conductive board 1 and an electrode layer 5 of the inspection subject electrode board 4. A burnt deposit or a bubble generated at a short-circuited position between a smooth conducting board surface and a conductive foreign object or a protrusion 6 existing on the electrode layer 5 of the inspection subject electrode board is visually inspected.
