PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an interference wave elimination device, capable of eliminating unrequired interference waves without lowering the signal level of input signals. SOLUTION: Spread signals including the interference waves are amplified to the saturation level of a band pass type magnetostatic wave filter 13 by an amplifier 12 and then filtered by the band-pass type magnetostatic wave filter 13 for which a groove is formed, the interference waves on the outside of the band of the spread signals are eliminated, and the interference waves within the band are attenuated to the level of the spread signals. By inversely spreading the spread signals and the interference waves by an inverse spread device 14, they are converted to the signals of a high level and a narrow band and the interference waves of a low level spread into a wide band and the converted signals of the high level are demodulated by a demodulator 15.
