PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to execute liquid draining of in-liquid racks in the state of releasing the hand therefrom by supporting the pulled up in-liquid racks in a position facing the upper opening of the corresponding processing liquid tanks. SOLUTION: This device has an in-liquid rack supporting mechanism for supporting the in-liquid rack 4a in the position facing the upper opening of the processing liquid tank 21 (22 to 24) by retaining the same to a retaining rack 31 disposed on the rear surface of a cap 3. When the in-liquid rack 4a is removed from the processing liquid tank 21 (22 to 24), a clamping part 45 is first held by the single hand and is lifted upward, retaining grooves portions of a rotary shaft are disposed to face the inside of the notch of the retaining hook 31. Next, the in-liquid rack 4a is lowered and both inner edges are slid and fit into the retaining grooves, thereby, the in-liquid rack 4a is retained with the retaining hook 31 in the state of slightly inclining the same to the operation side of the in-liquid rack 4a. The processing liquid sticking of the in-liquid rack 4a is drained in this state. As a result, since other work can be carried out during the liquid draining the inspection and service work can be efficiently carried out.
