PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an engine control apparatus provided with an output- voltage adjusting circuit which screens a semiconductor integrated circuit mounted on a circuit board in a bare chip state, which reduces the mounting size, which enhances the electric characteristic and whose production costs can be reduced or the like, with a simple constitution. SOLUTION: This engine control apparatus 107 is provided with the control device of integrated circuits 112, 113 such as processor modules or the like used to compute a control program. The engine control apparatus is provided with output-voltage adjusting circuits 150, 150a which change over a rated voltage used to screen the integrated circuits. The output-voltage adjusting circuits are formed in such a way that a plurality of resistors are installed across a power-supply line on the output side of the rated voltage and the side of a ground.
