WASTE FEEDING DEVICE FOR SLUDGE SAMPLE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waste feeding device for a sludge sample to reliably discharge sample sludge to the outside of a device without accumulating sludge in a drainage tank. SOLUTION: This device comprises an agitating tank 25b in which surplus sludge in a sludge feeding system 16 is thrown away; a drainage tank 25c in which sludge drain from the agitating tank 25b flows; a drainage pump 26 to drain sludge drain in the drainage tank 25c; a water level gauge 25f to detect a water level in the drainage tank 25c; a sludge feed control device 29a to control a sludge feed system 16; and a drainage pump control device 29b to control the drainage pump 26. A sludge feed control device 29a transmits a sludge waste signal to the drainage pump control device 29b during disposal of sludge. The drainage pump control device 29b stops a drainage pump 26 at a lower limit water level during receipt of a sludge disposal signal, and starts the drainage pump 26 after a lapse of a given time thereafter.
