PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the number of structural members required to connect metallic valves and synthetic resin tubes by adding a transition function to the metallic valves, and reduce working cost by simplifying connecting operations and improving their efficiency. SOLUTION: Ends of synthetic resin tubes A are inserted in end connections 19 and 20 of a metallic valve body 12. O-rings 26 seal the fitting portions between the end connections 19 and 20 and synthetic resin tubes A. When diametrally expanded, stiffeners 24 inserted in the synthetic resin tubes A secure the fitting portions between the metallic end connections 19 and 20 and synthetic resin tubes A.
