摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To completely eliminate burrs by working a dynamic pressure groove on an outer peripheral surface of a shaft or an inner peripheral surface of a sleeve and removing burrs generated when the dynamic pressure groove is formed together with a surface hardening layer covering the burrs. SOLUTION: Because very small burrs 4 are generated at an edge of a boundary of a dynamic pressure groove 2 and a hill 3 when the dynamic pressure groove 2 is formed by cutting on an inner peripheral surface of a sleeve 1, surface hardening layers 6 are formed on surfaces of the dynamic pressure groove 2, the hill 3 and burrs 4 and lumps 7 made of the surface hardening layers 6 and burr 4 are removed by a reamer 9. As a result, because burrs 4 are fixed so as not to be rotated or bent by the surface hardening layers 6 covering burrs 4, burrs 4 are not escaped from the reamer 9 and burrs 4 can be surely eliminated.
