PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve property and precision of assembly of a bi-directional differential clutch. SOLUTION: An input gear 5 is rotatably supported by a rolling bearing 7 mounted to a rotation shaft 4. A small diameter side cage 12 engages both ends of a sprag 18 to an outer peripheral surface of the rotation shaft 4 and an inner peripheral surface of the input gear 5 by tilting the sprag 18 by relative rotation against a large diameter side cage, and is rotatably mounted to the rotation shaft 4 through a rolling bearing 13. Outer side rolling contact surfaces 7a, 13a of the rolling bearing 7 and the rolling bearing 13 rotatably supporting the input gear 5 and the small diameter side cage 12, respectively, are integrally formed with inner peripheral surfaces of the input gear 5 and the small diameter side cage 12 to make a press fitting process of each rolling bearing 7, 13 unnecessary at the time of assembly of a bi-directional differential clutch, and property and precision of assembly are thereby improved.
