MANUFACTURING DEVICE OF ANTI-REFLECTING STRUCTURE AND MANUFACTURING METHOD FOR THE ANTI-REFLECTING STRUCTURE USING THEREOF

An apparatus for manufacturing an anti-reflecting structure and a method for manufacturing an anti-reflecting structure using the same are provided. The apparatus for manufacturing an anti-reflecting structure comprises: a carrier film having a stamp structure; a releasing unit releasing the carrier film; a substrate supporting unit providing a target substrate to the carrier film; a pressurizing unit pressurizing the carrier film such that a resin provided as the stamp structure can be provided to the target substrate; and a winding unit winding the carrier film transferred with an anti-reflecting pattern to the target substrate. The pressurizing unit includes a chamber receiving the target substrate, and a bent hole formed in the chamber. Air included in the chamber can be discharged through the vent hole to decrease air pressure in the chamber, thus pressurizing the carrier film.
