The present invention relates to a device attached to a head lining by heat fusion. The device comprises: a fusion jig attaching an attached object by being pressurized on a lower surface of the head lining seated on a lower frame of a frame body simultaneously while being thermally fused; a cooling jig curing a portion of the attached object fused with the head lining by being pressurized while cooling the attached object after the fusion jig is separated from the attached object; and a sliding preventing means provided in an upper frame, and pressurizing an upper surface of the head lining for preventing sliding of the head lining. By allowing the attached object to be simply and strongly attached to the head lining only by heat fusion without a separate adhesive, production costs can be reduced.
