The universal pipe clamp coupling connects two outer ends of bevelled pipe profiles (1,1a) of equal or unequal cross-section at an angle to each other and uses a screw bolt (6). The one outer end of the screw bolt is located within and next to the outer end of the first pipe profile (1a) and the opposite outer end (5) is located within and close to the second pipe profile (1). The screw bolt fits into a through passage aperture formed in at least one pipe profile. The bolt in its length is accessible from the exterior for tightening and loosening the coupling. In the first pipe profile is a first screw bolt holder (3a) for insertion and withdrawal of the screw bolt and in the second pipe profile is a second such holder (3) with a through passage aperture for the screw bolt head (5).
