<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a laser beam measuring apparatus, which can measure the intensity of a laser beam and/or the divergence of the optical axis of the laser beam, and to easily determine an abnormal laser oscillator, using this laser beam measuring apparatus on a laser device. SOLUTION: A laser beam measuring apparatus 134 is equipped with a pin hole member 140, which has a through-hole 141 for allowing the beam of a laser beam to poss through, and a first laser intensity measuring instrument 142 for measuring the output of the laser beam. Here, when optical axis of the laser beam slips out of place, the laser beam is partially screened by the pin hole member 140, so that the intensity of the laser beam passing through the through-hole 141 is changed.</p> |
