PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress melting-out of a bulb at the root of each lead wire and prevent a lamp base from being thermally damaged by bulb pieces having eventually melted out. SOLUTION: Leads 5a and 5b penetrate the two ends of a bulb 2 whereto a base 3 is attached. An electrode coil 6 is set over between the ends of the lead wires 5a and 5b. Pins having thermal conductivity are installed at the roots of the lead wires 5a and 5b in contact therewith. A heat radiating piece 8 having thermal conductivity and no electrical conductivity is installed at each pin 7 in contact therewith.
