PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a planetary roller type power transmission to prevent the exhaustion of grease and prolong its life. SOLUTION: A pocket to contain a planetary roller 3 and tunnel-form passages 6 to perform intercommunication between pockets 55 are formed in an oil reservoir 5 concentrically with a sun roller 2. By holding grease in the tunnel-form passage 6, grease is caused to flow out only to the raceway surface of the planetary roller 3 and collecting grease, escaping toward the two ends of the planetary roller 3, to the central part of the raceway surface by the passage wall of the tunnel-form passage 6, leakage of grease is suppressed.
