PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To permit a user to conveniently use a terminal by means of synthesizing various usage states by constituting a device to properly assign a signal from a communication line to the terminals and to receive and deliver it based on the present state of the terminal. SOLUTION: The signal receiving and delivering device is constituted to properly assign the signal from the communication line to the terminals and to receive and deliver it based on the present state of the terminal. A system receiving and delivering device 100 is connected to the communication line NET and the various terminals T and is provided with a function for receiving the signal from the line NET and receiving and delivering the received signal to the terminals T and a function for receiving the signal from the terminals and receiving and delivering the received signal to the line NET.
