PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the fuel cost and to reduce hazardous exhaust gas by enhancing the combustion efficiency of an internal combustion engine. SOLUTION: With the use of a method of an air-catalyst system in which 'marvelous stone energy' is incorporated in an intake-air pipe (between an inlet and an air-filter) of an internal combustion engine, air passing through and entering into the engine is fined by energy radiated from marvelous stones, and further, a fuel mixture is influenced (fined) by the synergistic effect thereof. Thus, the effect of compression is enhanced in a gasoline engine as well a Diesel engine which is important in compression ratio, and accordingly, excellent combustion can be obtained. With this arrangement, engine sound and engine vibration can be lowered, and as well, power-up (in particular, ascending power) of the engine can be felt. Further, the value of CO2 can be reduced, and accordingly, the fuel economy is enhanced by 10% or more.
