PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an autonomous regulating valve which has a simple constitution of low cost and enables autonomous opening and closure of the valve making a fluid such as a refrigerant flow, according to a differential pressure between one pressure and the other. SOLUTION: A spool 13 moving axially in the internal space of a tubular valve main body 11 is provided, while one pressure P1 is made to act on one end face of the spool 13 and the other pressure P2 on the other end face thereof. A through hole 13a is provided in the spool 13, besides, so that the through hole 13a and a pipeline 12 connected to the valve main body 11 communicate with each other to bring about an open state when the difference between one pressure P1 and the other pressure P2 exceeds a set value.
