PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a noncontact-type voltage probe device which can measure a voltage down to a low-frequency region of 10 kHz or lower. SOLUTION: A voltage signal, which is generated across an inner cylindrical electrode 101a and an outer cylindrical electrode 101b, is electricity-to-light- converted by an electricity-to-light conversion part 103. A light signal which is electricity-to-light-converted by the electricity-to-light conversion part 103 is input to a photoelectric conversion part 105 via an optical fiber 106 so as to be photoelectrically converted. Then, a voltage signal which is photoelectrically converted by the photoelectric conversion part 105 is detected by a voltage detection means 107.
