<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To correct simply a problem of fiber light polarity inversion, by arranging both receptacles of a user end and an installation trader end by using keys, so as to be acceptable only when a connector is faced accurately to an adapter. SOLUTION: An adapter 60 has two ends (a user end 64 and an installation trader end 66). The user end 64 of the adapter 60 has a standard receptacle 78 formed therein and has a key groove 82 in the lateral direction where the key of an MT-RJ connector is arranged. The connector is prevented from being inserted into the user end 64 in the improper facing direction by arrangement by using the key. The installation trader end 66 has a new non-standard receptacle 86 and has first and second key grooves 90, 92. A key expulsion tool 102 has a shape and a size capable of entering one of the key grooves 90, 92 of the adapter 60, and hereby the MT-RJ connector can not be arranged in a passage.</p> |
