PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a water-pouring nozzle with a highly durable pressurized spindle and a non-watertank pressure expansion test device capable of easily inspecting a high-pressure gas container. SOLUTION: This water-pouring nozzle 23 is arranged reciprocally movable at the tip of a pressurized spindle to be connected to the neck ring of a high-pressure gas container. In this case, the water-pouring nozzle 23 is formed in a concentric double tube comprised of a chucking-jaw arranging tube 29 and a water supply tube 30 slidably fitted in the chucking-jaw arranging tube 29. A chucking jaw is rotatably arranged at the tip of the chucking-jaw arranging tube 29, and a taper surface for rotational operation to be in contact with a driven protrusion part provided for the chucking jaw is formed in the water supply tube 30. By advancing and retreating the water supply tube 30 with respect to the chucking-jaw arranging tube 29 to rotate the chucking jaw, the pressurized spindle is switched between attachment to and removal from the neck ring of a high-pressure container in the water-pouring nozzle 23 for pressure expansion test on a high-pressure container. This non-watertank pressure expansion test device uses the water-pouring nozzle 23.
