PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a chemical two-dimensional distribution device that can sense a chemical phenomenon such as pH with high density and high sensitivity. SOLUTION: In the chemical two-dimensional distribution device, charge is injected to a potential well being composed so that depth is changed corresponding to chemical quantity, a plurality of unit sensors 19 for converting the chemical quantity to the charge corresponding to the size of the potential well are two-dimensionally arranged, and at the same time a plurality of CCDs 18 for successively transmitting the charge from each unit sensor 19 are provided. Then, the unit sensors 19 are incorporated onto the CCDs 18.
