PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small portable fan blades of which can be folded at the time of carrying it. SOLUTION: It is possible to send air as a blade 3a comes to be in an open state when a fan 3 rotates as a blade storage means 8 opens and a switch 4 is actuated when an operating cylinder 5 is moved to the rear end side of a main body part 2 by providing the fan 3 having the blade 3a free to bend and open on a head end of the main body part 2, moving the operating cylinder 5 to be fitted on an outer periphery of the main body part 2 to the head end side of the main body part 2 and bending the blade 3a to the front side and storing it by the blade storage means 8.
