PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve exhaust heat utilization efficiency and overall efficiency of an absorption water cooler/heater, having an exhaust heat burning regenerator by raising the temperature level of an absorbing liquid which flows to the high-temperature solution heat exchanger and the high-temperature regenerator from the exhaust heat burning regenerator. SOLUTION: In an absorption water cooler/heater provided with an absorber 22, a condenser 50, an evaporator 52, a high-temperature regenerator 44, and a low-temperature regenerator 48, an exhaust heat burning regenerator 30 is connected to a solution line, through which an absorbing liquid flows and a first exhaust-heat heat exchanger 40 which throws exhaust heat into the absorbing liquid flowing through a solution line, through which an absorbing liquid partially regenerated by heating by means of the regenerator 30.
