PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily, surely change the attitude of an illuminating body by fixing the illuminating body changeable in attitude to the tip of an arm extending in the horizontal direction from a vertical support through a spindle part and a bearing means, and controllably pressing the spindle part to the bearing means with a movable bearing member. SOLUTION: An illuminating body has a visor-like shade 34 extending in the lateral direction and opened downward and a straight tube fluorescent lamp. A fixed bearing part 51 installed in the rear of the shade 34 is joined turnably on the shaft of a spindle part 61 to the spindle part 61 fixed in the horizontal direction to the tip of an arm through a ball joint, and thereby, the illuminating body is fixed tiltable upward. A movable bearing part 52 made of a plate spring is turnably held between a circular arc-shaped notch part 51b formed in the fixed bearing part 51 and the movable bearing part 52, and the movable bearing part 52 is adjustable pressed and fixed to the circumferential surface of the spindle part 61 with a fastening means 55 movable with a screw shaft 54.
