PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain stable scraping operation for excessive magnetic paint by providing and supporting blade members on a blade holder in a replaceable state, and thus automatically replacing blade members under proper conditions. SOLUTION: This device is provided with blade members 15 for scraping a film 12 of magnetic paint, formed on a base film 11 to specific thickness and the blade holder 14 which supports the blade members 15 in one body and the positions of the blade members 15 are changed through the rotation of the blade holder 14.
