PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve portability and to make a container easy to use by using a transparent material for the operation part or display part of an information processor. SOLUTION: A case 1 is formed of flexible soft vinyl chloride in such a rectangular solid shape that the top surface is open and the part of a touch panel part 2 is hollowed. Then a join part of the case 1 is welded, a ridge is given a fold by a fusion stamp for easy bending, and the touch panel part 2 is molded in stages out of wear-resistive hard vinyl chloride in contact with an LCD touch panel surface 7 of the information processor 6 by using a transparent material. Thus, the touch panel 2 is joined with the outer periphery of the hollow of the case 1 by fusion adhesion. Consequently, the container is superior in flexibility and made easy to use.
