PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a uniform frictional surface as a slide surface for a mouse by forming independent projections in a dot shape and to secure smooth slidability by making them spherical. SOLUTION: A pattern print layer 4 is printed on the top surface of a transparent synthetic resin sheet 1, and dots are formed of an infinite number of independent projections 5 arranged uniformly on the top surface of the pattern print layer 4 to provide a slide surface for a mouse. The independent projections 5 are made of a transparent synthetic resin material and the pattern print layer 4 is exposed between the independent projections 5 and seen through the independent projections 5 (dot) made of the transparent synthetic resin. The independent projections 5 are nearly spherical and not mutually continuous to expose the pattern print layer 4 between the independent projections 5. Further, dots are formed of an infinite number of independent projections 5, which are made of a constantly sticky adhesive and uniformly arranged, even on the reverse surface of the synthetic resin sheet 1 by using a similar plate.
