<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent generation of lock caused by seizure and plastic deformation of a piston by arranging a lubricating layer for improving sliding performance between a pair of shoe seats recessed on front and rear sides of a piston, and a projection bending surface of the shoe which is slidably housed. SOLUTION: Spherical seat surfaces 6a as a pair of shoe seats are recessed on front and rear sides of a front end in a neck part 6c of a piston 6. In this case, the piston 6 is formed of aluminum alloy, for example, and a lubricating layer 6b on which tin plating is executed by means of an electroless plating method is filmed on the spherical seat surface 6a. A spherical surface as a projection bending surface of the shoe for transmitting driving force of a swash plate to the piston 6 is slidably fitted to the spherical seat surface 6a. Even under a condition in which sufficient lubricating oil not exist between the spherical seat surface 6a of the piston 6 and the spherical surface of the shoe, those seizure is solved by utilizing the lubricating layer 6b, those lock conditions are prevented, and plastic deformation of the piston 6 is also prevented.</p> |
