PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To adjust the charging quantity of fluid explosives arbitrarily while reducing extra digging. SOLUTION: The explosives charger comprises a tank 12 for storing explosives 11, a unit 13 for taking out the explosives 11 from the storage tank 12, and a charger for charging the explosives 11 taken out from the storage tank 12. Fluid explosives 11, e.g. moisture containing explosives or ammonium nitrate explosives, is contained in the storage tank 12. A charging nozzle 15a constituting the charger is fixed with a tube 16 or a bottomed tube and the explosives taken out from the storage tank 12 is delivered from the forward end of the charging nozzle 15a and charges the space section 16a of the tube 16 or a bottomed tube.
