PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flow passage connecting device to hardly bend a hose, of which a water feed passage and a drainage passage on the indoor side consist, be no hindrance since the hose runs along a wall and a floor, and comparatively freely select a receptacle mounting position. SOLUTION: A receptacle and a plug are provided, a case 1 is fixed at the internal part of one of the receptacle and the plug, a column member 2 is rotatably fitted in the internal part of the case 1, and two conduits 22 and 23 are formed along a peripheral direction between the inner peripheral surface of the case 1 and the outer peripheral surface of a columnar member 2. The conduits 22 and 23 are connected to a water feed passage 30 and drainage passage 31 on one side of the receptacle and the plug, the ends on one side of two through-holes 25 and 24 are connected at the internal part of the columnar member 2 to the conduits 22 and 23, and the ends on the other side removably connected to the water feed passage and the drainage passage.
