PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress temperature-rise in a circumferential wall space housing a pump by forming a motor part for driving a pump part of a pump out of a brushless motor using a permanent magnet for a rotor, in a water supply device with water suction side of the pump housed in the space directly coupled with a water service pipe. SOLUTION: A frame 1 is composed of a square back wall 2 and a U-shaped skirt plate 7. The back wall 2 is composed of a square back plate extending vertically, a top plate disposed on an upper edge of the back plate, and a side plate 5 disposed on a side edge thereof. A water supply pump apparatus 20 is disposed in the back plate. Namely, an accumulator 22 is assembled with a lower side of a control board 21, and a vertical pump unit 23 is assembled adjacent thereto. In a pump unit 23, a plurality of vertical multistage turbine pump parts 26 are disposed in parallel with each other. They are formed in such a constitution that a motor that is a brushless motor 24 in which a permanent stone is used for a rotor is disposed on an upper part, and a pump part directly connected to a lower part of the pump unit 23 that is a vertical multistage turbine pump part 26 in which a multistage turbine pump part 25 is arranged is disposed on a lower part thereof.
