摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To contrive the simplification and cost-down of control by a method wherein the deterioration of a humidity regulating efficiency due to natural ventilation and passage resistance is reduced and switching places in an air passage are minimized. SOLUTION: A gas conditioning apparatus is provided with a humidity absorbing passage 24 comprising an indoor air suction port 2, a dehumidifying fan 10, a rotary moisture absorbing rotor 1, and a passage switching damper 16; and a reproducing passage 25 comprising the air suction port 2, a reproducing heater 13, a reproducing fan 14, the moisture absorbing rotor 1, and the passage switching damper 16. Upon dehumidifying, indoor air dried by adsorbing moisture into the rotary moisture absorbing rotor 1 in the dehumidifying passage 23 is discharged into a room from an indoor air outlet port 3 through the passage switching damper 16, while highly humid indoor air humidified by depriving moisture of the rotary moisture absorbing rotor 1 in the reproducing passage 25 is discharged to the outside of the room from an outdoor air outlet port 15 through the passage switching damper 16. Upon humidifying, dried indoor air in the dehumidifying passage 24 is discharged to the outside of the room from the outdoor air outlet port 15 through the passage switching damper 16, while highly humid air in the reproducing passage is discharged into the room from the indoor air outlet port 3 through the passage switching damper 16.
