<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently perform accountant's business in a dental clinic. SOLUTION: Plural work sheets W1,... are alternatively switched and are displayed on a display device of a computer. The work sheet W1 is provided with a treatment charge input table 1 where the charge for treatment is inputted by classifications of medical security, a reception money amount input table 2 where the amount of reception money is inputted by items, a payment money amount input table 3 where the amount of payment money is inputted by items, and a balance display table 4 where a balance is displayed. Income and expenditure in the unit of one day are recorded in these tables, and they are provided for one year on the work sheet W1 with the same constitution. The amounts of money inputted to amount columns 6, 8, and 10 are automatically summed up, and sum totals are displayed in sum total columns 7, 9, and 11 of tables 1, 2, and 3. The amount of money in the sum total column 7 in the treatment charge input table 1 is reflected on the amounts of reception money classified by security classifications in the amount column 8. Results calculation based on sum totals in tables are displayed in balance columns of the balance display table 4. Amounts of money are entered in a ledger table, monthly and yearly total tables, and a expenditure statistic table on the basis of the amounts of sum total in respective tables.</p> |
