PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the cable housing amount of a cable clamp by making part of the gripping section of the clamp movable and sliding the movable half body of the clamp with respect to the stationary half body of the clamp having a mounting section for substrate, a stationary base section, a side arm, and a cable arresting hook. SOLUTION: A cable clamp 10 is constituted of a stationary half body 12 and a movable half body 14. The stationary half body 12 has a side arm 18 and a cable arresting hook 20 and the movable half body 14 has a movable base section 28, a side arm 30, and a cable arresting hook 32 which cooperates with the hook 20 of the stationary half body 2. When the movable half body 14 is inserted into the stationary half body 12 while the pawls 34 of the movable base section 28 are engaged with the guiding notches 24 of a slide rail 26, the half bodies 12 and 14 are connected to each other. When the half bodies 12 and 14 are thus connected to each other, the movable half body 14 can be slid freely with respect to the stationary half body 12.
