PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve reliability by improving compression efficiency and mechanical efficiency. Consequently, the closed container 1 is content-volumetrically designed roomy and reliability is improved, and it is possible to improve compression efficiency and mechanical efficiency by a compact multiple cylinder rotating compression element 3.
